How Our Products Are Sourced
The Holistic Space curates products from trusted makers and suppliers. Items are offered in one of two ways, and you’ll see which applies before you buy.
Products sold directly by us
You check out here, and the item is shipped to you by the supplier who makes or stocks it. Because we work with several suppliers, an order containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, at different times, and this can apply to items within the same category.
Products offered through partner stores
These are marked on the product page with a Shop this at Secret Energy or Shop this at our partner button instead of an add-to-cart button. The note beside the button explains that the partner sets the price, takes payment, ships the order and handles returns. You will know before leaving our site which checkout applies. We may earn a commission on these purchases at no extra cost to you.
In short: if you see a normal checkout button, you are buying from The Holistic Space. If you see a partner-store button, you are being sent to that partner to complete the order. If anything still seems unclear, you can contact us at info@theholisticspace.com.
