Dropship products

Dropship products are sold by The Holistic Space. You order and pay through our checkout, and the item is shipped to you directly by the supplier who makes or stocks it. We do not hold stock ourselves.

Orders and payment

Your contract of sale is with The Holistic Space. Once your payment is confirmed we place your order with the supplier. If a supplier cannot fulfil an item, we will let you know and refund that item in full.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times depend on the supplier and are estimates, not guarantees. Because we work with several suppliers, an order with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, at different times, with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

Returns and damaged items

Please contact us before sending anything back, as returns often go to the supplier rather than to us, and we will give you the correct return address. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Print-on-demand products

Print-on-demand products are sold by The Holistic Space and made individually after you order. They are produced and shipped by our print partner.

Production time

Each item is printed to order, so production time is added before shipping. The expected timeframe is shown on the product page. Orders usually cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.

Appearance

Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed item, and small variations in print position are normal for made-to-order goods. These are not defects.

Returns

Because each item is made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Affiliate products

Affiliate products are not sold by The Holistic Space. They are sold and shipped by our authorized affiliate partner, currently Secret Energy. These products show a Shop this at Secret Energy button instead of an add-to-bag button.

Who you are buying from

The button takes you to the partner’s own website through our affiliate link, where you place your order. Your contract of sale is with the partner. Their prices, checkout, payment, shipping, returns, refunds and privacy terms apply, and any questions about an order should go to them.

Prices and availability

The partner sets the price and availability. We do not add any markup. The price and stock shown on the partner’s website at checkout are the ones that apply. When a product is sold out at the partner, we show it as sold out and you can ask to be emailed when it is available again. Back-in-stock emails are sent by us as a courtesy and are not a guarantee of stock.

Our commission

When you buy through our link we may earn a commission from the partner. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the price you pay.

Product information

Product descriptions on our site are written in good faith from information provided by the partner. The partner’s product page and label are the authoritative source for ingredients, directions and warnings. Product names, logos and images belong to the partner and are used with their permission.
